Baby and the boss by Kim Lawrence.
This review contains spoilers.
Nia is a temporary secretary for Jake Prentice, and is already half way in love with him. Nia is under no illusion that those feelings are not reciprocated.
When Jakes twin brother, Josh dumps his baby in Jakes office, as he is suffering his own worst nightmare, losing his wife. Jake is forced to take responsibility for his nephew.
Jake asks his red- headed secretary to help him with his nephew, while he tries to locate his errant brother.
They both travel to Josh's cottage in their search. Nia is nervous to be spending so much time with Jake, until she discovers that Jake use to be engaged to Josh's dead wife, Nia believes that Jake must be as hurt as Josh.
The two almost make love, until baby Liam cries out in the night, forcing them to discontinue their passionate embrace. The pair coming to their senses realise Jake has a meeting, and Nia offers to stay with baby Liam.
Nia soon realises there is a big difference between babysitting, and actually having a child through the night. She eventually drops off with baby Liam in the early hours of the morning. Only to awake and find Josh naked in the bed with her.
Of course this is the time Jake walks in and jumps to the wrong conclusion. A blazing passionate row between Jake and Nia follows and Nia leaves.
Some six weeks later, Josh arranges for Nia to mind Liam, but it's a trick, as Josh locks Jake and Nia in the cottage until they finally see sense.
I loved this short special for the 100th year anniversary by Kim Lawrence. The blazing passion between the two characters, and the storyline are really good.
